I use AOL and a T22 IBM Laptop with Win20. After awhile I get sporadic blinking on my system. I notice that WAOL seems to be a large number usually when this starts. I tried getting help (from AOL) for the growing WAOL, but to no avail. I guess the help center is in a different country. Has anyone else experienced this. If so, how did you fix it?
