Using Outdated HP Printer Drivers in Windows 7
« on: January 02, 2012, 09:31:02 AM »
Hi,

I have just updated to a new computer and windows 7.  I have a HP laserjet 3150 that works great, only problem is that HP stopped updating the driver for Windows 7.  I have the original disc, is there anyway to use this printer on a Windows 7 computer?  Thanks for your replies.

Parallel port printer or USB connection?

From what I found there is no Native support in Windows 7/Vista
There is however support for XP

Do you have a copy of XP?
You could run it from a Virtual machine and use the printer in that fashion
