\' /> can anyone help i have a hp 6830 my problem started when i try to recover my system with the cds. the first cd which do most of the work have scraches of which i was not aware. it ran for awhile then stop. after i try to restart my computer it was telling me to reload the windows program of which i did not have. so and went and bought the xp pro to install on it . it takes me all the way to the set up screen but when it starts to copy the xp files it stops on the boot file,then it ask me if i want to skip it at first i try restarting and starting over then when i decided to skip it it will start and stop copying giving me the option of skiping different files. and the it will give me the blue error screen tell me disable the shadow memory i think i mess up pretty bad plz help
