how can i turn xp pro into xp home

xp is xp, if it's not compatable with pro then its not compatable with home the operating systems are completely identical, the only difference is that pro has more stuff when it comes to networking. you cannot join a domain with xp home, and stuff like that. compatability is the same and i would not recomend downgrading if you have the license. there is no difference when it comes to games like there was between 9x and 2000 so i would not worry if you need the support then you would have to dual boot with 9x

Regarding the dual boot of xp ( and wn9x ), i make a dual boot installation of m pc.I chnged the PID# thinking it would help, but still the same problem...somewhat like this...i dont remember the exact phrase

Even though i change th default directory ( directory,drive,partition ) still it gives me the same damn error. The XP installation is in my HD
