my msconfig is not working it wont start up i have windows me ... i need to open it to get rid of all this stuff starting up at windows startup ... what should i do?!

Hello, During boot, tap your F-8 key which will allow "safe start". Try to proceed with your task {accessing msconfig}. You may have more of a problem than running process's, might have virus or malware. Best of luck >>fidelista
