OK I want to change my boot screen as I dont like the XP SP2 one, can someone give me in simple steps how to do these,
Please dont think of me as a n00b for asking this but I have messed up two installs by doing it otherways from other sites and I am pretty tired of it...

1. get an image onto the boot screen
2. move the Blue Progress Bar, if possible
3. and finally move the "Microsoft Windows XP" up into the top left corner..
