Dump the FIC.  It\'s very picky (yes it\'s great IF it likes your other hardware).  Why not get one on the via chipset, or on the new amd chipset coming out soon (if it\'s not already out)...it\'ll support ddr for you.  Course if you already have regular sdram, you\'d want to stick to a different mobo.
