First:
Right click the "My Computer" icon on desktop and left click properties
Click the Advanced tab
Under Startup and Recovery click the Settings button
Under System Failure uncheck "Automatically Restart"

What Spyware removal tools are you using?
If you don't have the latest versions of these 2 download them now
they both have a free version

Download and Install the free version of Ad-Aware SE Personal 1.05
Ensure you have this version
If you don't have this verision,install this one
After installation-CHECK FOR UPDATES
Allow to download updates
Do a Full system scan----Remove All Critical objects
RESTART your computer to finish the cleaning process

Download and Install Spybot S&D 1.3
Don't enable TEA TIMER until we're done all fixes
After installation--SEARCH FOR UPDATES
Download all updates
Check for Problems---FIX everything in RED
RESTART your computer one more time

Ensure the above 2 programs are the latest versions if your running them
If your unsure
Open Ad-Aware>>Click on Details
Let me know Reference No. and Internal build
Open Spybot>>>Click on HELP>>ABOUT>>let me know version no. and Latest detection update date

Post back a fresh hijackthis log afterwards

Can you also
Open Notepad (START>>>RUN>>>type in notepad) hit Enter
Copy the contents of the Quote box to notepad
In Notepad, click FILE>>SAVE AS

Name the file as Findfile.bat
Save it on the desktop, don't change the save as, leave as txt

Quote
dir C:\WINDOWS\system32\w?nspool.exe /a h > files.txt
notepad files.txt

double click to run Findfile.bat and post the info back here

Download and Install Windows CleanUp! by Steve Gould
Give the link a little time to load if it's busy, it's a small download
This will help to clean your Temporary folders, Cookies, Prefetch folder, etc.....

After that
Set Windows To Show Hidden Files and Folders
    * Click Start.
    * Open My Computer.
    * Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
    * Select the View Tab.
    * Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Show hidden files and folders.
    * Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
    * Uncheck the Hide Extensions for known file types
    * Click Yes to confirm.
    * Click OK.

Please print the rest of this out or save it to a notepad file, as I need you to restart in safe mode and stay disconnected from the Internet for part of this

Do another scan with Hijackthis and put a check next to these entries:

R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - _{CFBFAE00-17A6-11D0-99CB-00C04FD64497} - (no file)
R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - _{20EC3D2D-33C1-4C9D-BC37-C2D500688DA2} - (no file)
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {00000010-6F7D-442C-93E3-4A4827C2E4C8} - (no file)

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {8880B389-7418-5FE7-4A5C-57F008BC3BE7} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\symxjtw.dll

O2 - BHO: AIM Helper - {D70E6A20-7060-4829-B3D7-B6624A1DE7C6} - C:\Program Files\AIM Toolbar\aimhelper.dll (file missing)
O3 - Toolbar: Search Bar - {0A8CE102-FA03-4612-9BEE-7FE5452F4CB1} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\srchbar.dll

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Iuec] C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Application Data\ceds.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Ucigd] C:\WINDOWS\system32\w?nspool.exe

O9 - Extra button: WeatherBug - {AF6CABAB-61F9-4f12-A198-B7D41EF1CB52} - C:\Program Files\AWS\WeatherBug\Weather.exe (file missing) (HKCU)

After you have ticked the above entries, close All other open windows, including this one
Leave Hijackthis open and click FIX CHECKED
YES and exit Hijackthis

RESTART your Computer in SAFE MODE
Follow the link supplied or just keep tapping your F8 key on your keyboard as your system is rebooting

Access your Add/Remove Programs and Remove if found SearchBar or similiar

Find and delete these files or folders if they exist

C:\WINDOWS\system32\symxjtw.dll <--file
C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Application Data\ceds.exe <--file
C:\WINDOWS\system32\srchbar.dll <--file

C:\WINDOWS\system32\w?nspool.exe <--file with Exact name, DON'T delete anything else because it looks similiar

C:\Program Files\AWS <--folder

Stay in safe mode and open Cleanup and click the CleanUp button
Let it scan for files

Restart your computer back into Normal mode

Post back a fresh hijackthis log and let me know if you have any problems
