Had to renew Platinum on my notebook Win XP Pro. so decided to replace it with Titanium as an alternative. It worked for 3/4 weeks and then the Antivirus section kept indicating "ERROR - restart computer or reload Panda." Having done this 4/5 times to no avail I am at a loss as to what to do next. I then tried Titanium on another computer using Win 2000, same result.
Any ideas please as to what to do next. Panda tech services do not respond to anything it would seem.
