i have a simple ics on my computer. (2 nic's\winxp sp on both comp's).
i neet to limit the speed of the second computer that connects to the internet through my computer.
i think i need to change something in the registry of the network card that connect's to the second computer, but im not sure, and dont know how.
trying it with a programe created blue screens whenever the limitation started to work.
what is the way for limit the speed of a network card in windows?
