Coming attractions

Just thought I\'d give you all a taste to what\'s on the way. First up, we haven\'t forgotten about Windows XP. Some of the current articles will need very little changing to work with XP (the Win2K bootable CD instructions work at least up to WinXP RC1...the no-serial edit does not though this may change when XP goes RTM). We\'ve been testing some of the features, taking notes, and making lots of screenshots. When RTM comes out we\'ll update the review to show what\'s changed...most of the work will already be done though.

New Linux site coming soon. It will cover other OS\'s as well, but the primary focus will be on Linux. Because of several changes coming in the market, I and others see a move from Microsoft to other, alternate OS\'s. Linux is the most well-known alt-os there is (except for the Mac OS, which runs only on Macintosh hardware). We plan to help Windows users make the transition to linux as painless as possible, and teach you hardcore linux fans a thing or two as well.

Last and certainly not least, we plan to offer prebuilt systems featuring the Linux OS. No more worrying about if the PC you want to buy will run the latest Mandrake distro, or figuring out how to install your printer. You can buy one with linux already installed, and everything setup for you! If you can\'t wait, you can email me right away, and we\'ll custom configure a linux system for you right away!
