Was wondering if someone could help. I added all the servers in the list to my hosts.sam file. It still doesn\'t work. I was wondering if the file has to have a different extension. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

hosts.sam is your SAMple file. Rename it to hosts (no extension) and it should work fine. Close and reopen your browser for the change to take effect.
