P.S. there are about 10 screens with single ads at the top that you don't have to say yes to. Just keep clicking no and you will get to the real offers. I signed up for the Blockbuster one because I had already thought about doing it anyway. It's like netflix but you also get two coupons for free in-store rentals too. $9.99 for the first month. Theres some other ones that are pretty simple too.
