I'd just like to post my recent experience with techgear4free.com. I no longer recommend this website whatsoever because I don't trust the admin of the site, and think he's trying very hard to 'fairly' scam members of the site.
He recently posted a link on his forum claiming to give away 2-3 referalls if you complete an offer under his link for another incentive website. He then snuck in a comment on the forum rules in the terms of service, hidden within a bunch of unrelated comments that most people read on the main website's terms of services (which did not include this extra statement). The comment said anybody expecting free referalls for completing offers for him would have to wait until he received the product he was hoping for on those websites! As most of you probably know, this process usually takes about 2 months. By that time, the website will likely be closed down for good. When I tried to post information about the 2 month wait, I got my post knocked off and a formal warning of getting banned.
The moral of the story...
Untrustworthy admin = Much better off spending your time and effort on other referall sites.
