Trojan.Vundo.B
« on: April 29, 2005, 03:37:44 PM »
Norton Antivirus constantly pops up an error message saying that it has detected a virus (high risk).

It specifies the following:

Object Name: C:\WINDOWS\addins\avxml.dll
Virus Name: Trojan.Vundo.B
Action Taken: Unable to Repair this file

when i click OK, the message continues to pop up and it either says
Action Taken: Access to the file was denied or Unable to repair this file.

I restarted in safe mode, ran a virus scan, and it failed to quarantine/delete/repair the infected file.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
