Can you do the following please

We need a few tools

==Download and Install this small program
to help clean your temp folders,cookies, etc...
Windows Cleanup
Give the link time to load or try it twice, it may be busy
We'll need this later

====Download and save to Desktop
SpSeHjfix112.zip
From that link
Unzip the contents, so you now have SpSeHjfix112.exe on your desktop

==Download and then Install
Ewido Trojan Scanner

When installing, under "Additional Options" Uncheck "Install background guard" and "Install scan via context menu".
When you run ewido for the first time, you will get a warning "Database could not be found!". Click OK. We'll fix in the next Step

From the main ewido screen, click on update in the left menu, then click the Start update button.
After the update finishes (the status bar at the bottom will display "Update successful")
Close out Ewido

Download and Unzip to desktop
NailRemove.zip , so you now have NailRemove.bat on the desktop
We'll need this later
[attachment=212:attachment]

Could you also
Open Notepad (START>>>RUN>>>type in notepad)
Hit OK
Copy the contents of the CODE box to notepad>>Not including the word Code

In Notepad click FILE>>SAVE AS
IMPORTANT>>>Change the Save as Type to All Files.
Name the file as Fix.reg
Save this on your desktop as we will need it later
Code: [Select]
REGEDIT4

[-HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\clsid\{A78860C8-EE1A-46DF-A97F-E3E6D433E80B}]

[-HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\explorer\browser helper objects\{A78860C8-EE1A-46DF-A97F-E3E6D433E80B}]

[-HKEY_CURRENT_USER\software\adtomi]

Let's try some fixes
Access your Add/Remove programs and remove if found
KeenValue
PowerSearch toolbar for IE

Please Allow Internet connection when removing if found
Restart your computer afterwards

Back in windows
Go back to Add\Remove programs and remove if found
P2P Networking <-A useless addon, usually associated with Kazaa, can cause severe slowdowns online
If prompted to remove Altnets Do so
and also remove Adtomi if found

Additionally,
If you see a Red yahoo stock task bar icon
RightClick on it
choose remove-while being online!
A web page from Adtomi should appear
"-uninstall was succesful!"

Please Print this out or save these instructions to a Notepad file and save it to your Desktop
RESTART your Computer in SAFE MODE
You can do this by tapping the F8 key as the system is restarting, after the single post beep, or use the link
I supplied for a more detailed explanation

In Safe mode

Go to START>>>RUN>>>type in services.msc
Hit OK
In the next window, look on the right hand side for this service
name---- System Startup Service

Double click on it--- STOP the service--If running
In the drop down menu, change the startup type to Disabled

Double click on NailRemove.bat, a dos will will open and close quickly, this is normal

Set Windows To Show Hidden Files and Folders
    * Click Start.
    * Open My Computer.
    * Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
    * Select the View Tab.
    * Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Show hidden files and folders.
    * Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
    * Uncheck the Hide Extensions for known file types
    * Click Yes to confirm.
    * Click OK.

Using Windows Explore>Find and delete these files or folders if found
C:\WINDOWS\system32\t13.dll <-file
C:\WINDOWS\System32\pidnhub.exe <-file
c:\windows\system32\pwvqyi.exe <-file
C:\WINDOWS\System32\fjfpqxg.exe <-file
C:\WINDOWS\svcproc.exe <-file
C:\WINDOWS\Nail.exe <-file

C:\WINDOWS\System32\P2P Networking <-folder
C:\Program Files\Common files\SearchUpgrader <-folder

Double click on fix.reg and Allow to merge to the registry

==Open Windows CleanUp!>>START>>programs>>Cleanup!
Click on the CleanUp button, let it finish scanning for files, when it's done
Decline to Log off

==Open Ewido trojan scanner
Click on the Scanner button in the left menu, then click on the Start button. This scan can take a while, so give it time to run
If ewido finds anything, it will pop up a notification. You can select "clean" and check the boxes "Perform action with all infections" and "Create encrypted backup" before clicking on OK.
When the scan finishes, click on "Save Report". This will create a text file.
Save the report

Stay in safe mode

==Do another scan with Hijackthis and put a check next to these entries:
Not all may exist, but fix checked what you see from the list I provided

Download and UNZIP to desktop Clear.zip so you now have clear.reg on the desktop
We'll need this later

==Download the Pocket Killbox
UNZIP it to a folder of your choice

==Download RKFiles.zip from the link
http://skads.org/special/rkfiles.zip
UNZIP the contents to it's own folder

Please save these instructions too a Notepad file on your desktop and then Disconnect from the Internet>>Close all browser windows, including this one

==Run Pocket KillBox>>Now killbox and this notepad file is open
Click on Tools>>Delete Temp files

In the Full Path of File to Delete box, copy and paste the entire line directly below in bold, do not type this in

C:\WINDOWS\System32\JULIE.EXE

Select the radio button to
 Delete on Reboot
Click The Red circle and a white X
When prompted to Delete on Reboot, click YES
If prompted to Reboot Now, Click NO

Continue to copy and paste the next paths to the files below into killbox
Selecting Delete on Reboot afterwards

C:\WINDOWS\System32\OQFBOOD.EXE
C:\WINDOWS\BLKGCY~1.EXE
C:\WINDOWS\NAIL.EXE
C:\WINDOWS\System32\THININ~1.DLL
c:\windows\system32\mpqflb.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\creditcard21.ico

C:\WINDOWS\system32\dating1.ico
C:\WINDOWS\system32\greenmovie1.ico
C:\WINDOWS\system32\kevid1.ico
C:\WINDOWS\system32\kill all spyware11.ico
C:\WINDOWS\system32\pokercard1.ico
C:\WINDOWS\system32\stop popups231.ico
C:\WINDOWS\system32\virushunter21.ico

When you've entered the last path to the file
Allow the computer to Reboot
or Restart the computer anyways
Please try and restart into SAFE MODE

Make sure that in services.msc
If System Startup Service is still present it is set to Disabled

Double click on NailRemove.bat again

Open Hijackthis>>Open Misc tools Section>>Open "Delete an NT Service"
Copy and paste or type the bold entry below into the open box and then Hit OK
SvcProc

In safe mode
Do another scan with Hijackthis and put a check next to these entries:

F2 - REG:system.ini: Shell=Explorer.exe C:\WINDOWS\Nail.exe

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ooycfx] c:\windows\system32\mpqflb.exe
<--this line may change names, but it should still be in the same location in the scan
Situated between these 2 entries
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Motive SmartBridge]
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ooycfx] c:\windows\system32\mpqflb.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [msnmsgr]
After you have ticked the above entries, close All other open windows, including this one
Leave Hijackthis open and click FIX CHECKED
OK the prompt and exit Hijackthis

Double click on Clear.reg and allow to merge to the registry

Open the folder you unzipped rkfiles.zip too
Double click to run Rkfiles.bat
Wait for the scan to finish, give this time
When it's done a log will be produced, save this log
By default, it is saved to C:\Log.txt

Restart back to Normal mode
Do another scan with Hijackthis and post a fresh log
Also post the log from Rkfiles.bat

After you have posted the above logs, can you run FindIt's.bat again and post that log too

Can I have you Restart back into Safe mode

Send this file to the recyle bin for now
C:\WINDOWS\System32\MLQJBB.EXE <-file

Then in safe mode run Rkfiles.bat
You can manually save the log when it's done, or by default it saves too
C:\Log.txt

Restart back into Normal mode
Post one last hijackthis log
Then post the log from Rkfiles.bat
Either from wherever you saved the log too or from
Here
C:\Log.txt

AFTER posting the logs above
Then could you run FindIt's.bat again and post that log too, FindIt's and Rkfiles both by default save to C:\Log.txt
If you don't save the rkfiles log to another location or Post it before you run FindIt's
FindIt's log will overwrite Rkfiles log
Does that make sense  http://images.thetechguide.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\';)\' />

That's looking good, I'm not familiar with some of the files that Rkfiles has spotted

Can you do the following please

Right click an empty spot on the desktop
Select NEW>>Folder
Name the new folder BACKUP

Next:
Could you left click and DRAG, Don't copy and paste the next files to that backup folder
C:\WINDOWS\0145h.syss
C:\WINDOWS\Gqvuaiihzp.acx
C:\WINDOWS\Gsdajaspj.itv
C:\WINDOWS\Ufwmsnb.yzt
C:\WINDOWS\Wirodssize.zdn

Afterwards
Can you go to this link
Give this site time to load
Jotti's Online Malware scan

Use the browse button and navigate to the Backup folder
Right click on each  file individually  and choose Select
Then use the Submit button
Let it finish scanning
Could you post back the results of the scan back here please, just the scanner results
Do the same for each file in the backup folder

Make sure you delete this file
I still see it in the Windows folder
C:\WINDOWS\0145h.syss

I would make that backup folder on the desktop and DRAG these files into it
Don't copy and paste them to it, we want them in the backup folder just for that reason
Backups
But we want them removed from their original location
C:\WINDOWS\Gqvuaiihzp.acx
C:\WINDOWS\Gsdajaspj.itv
C:\WINDOWS\Ufwmsnb.yzt
C:\WINDOWS\Wirodssize.zdn

Restart your computer aferwards
Let me know how everythings running after that

Looks good

If everything is running better

You should disable system restore---restart your computer--enable system restore
This will clear all your restore points and ensure you don't restore any nasties
Once reenabled it will create a fresh restore point
How to Disable and Re-enable System Restore feature

Once back in Windows and System Restore is reenabled

You should set up protection against future attacks

SpywareBlaster 3.3 by JavaCool
*Will block bad ActiveX Controls
*Block Malevolent cookies in Internet Explorer and Firefox
*Restrict actions of potentially dangerous sites in Internet Explorer

IE-Spyad---IE-SPYAD puts over 5000 sites in your restricted zone so you'll be protected when you visit innocent-looking sites that aren't actually innocent at all.
Here is a tutorial and download link
TUTORIAL==Link to Tutorial
Download link

With both, Check for updates every couple of weeks
Keep the link to IE-Spyad bookmarked so you can check for updates
SpywareBlaster, after every update just simply enable all protection

Good work, can you do me one favor
Try and update and run Ewido now that your log is clean
Let me know if it will run
If it still won't, there is no need keeping it
I would uninstall it through Add/Remove programs
