Mom's computer is screwed up!
« Reply #1 on: July 14, 2005, 10:26:24 PM »
You appear to be running AVG Anti-Virus Plus which includes Firewall protection
You are also running Norton's AV
and Zone Alarm's firewall
Can you do the following please

Decide which AV and Firewall you want running
Uninstall the others
Having more than one AV and/or Firewall running can cause system instability and conflicts
Restart the computer after removing the programs
Keep only one Firewall enabled, this includes disabling the XP firewall if running

After you have done that
Access your Add/Remove programs and remove if found
MediaAccess
Viewpoint
<-may be more than one instance
CasinoClient
AM Server
POP
SysAI
CtxPls

Restart your computer again if any of the above found and remove

Back in Windows

Can you redownload Hijackthis from my Signature below and save it too a permanent folder on your hard drive
Don't run it from your temp directory>>We're going to clean this location later and all backups will be lost
Can you run another scan with Hijackthis and post a fresh log

Could you also open Hijackthis
Open Misc tools Section>>Open Uninstall Manager>>
Click the SAVE LIST button
Save the list to desktop and copy and paste the whole list back here too
