Computer Running Slow

I have just done a update at microsoftupdate and my notebook is slower. Could someone take a look at my hijack log and maybe give me a idea what the problem is.

Hi Linda,

Besides virus and spyware scans, if you havent already, you could run disk cleanup and also dont forget to defragment when you install/add lots of files.
