Spyware reinstalling itself problem

I am a bit of a novice computer user. A few weeks ago I was looking up some lyrics for a song and I was prompted to install something. I wasn't really thinking at the time and did and ever since then I have had AproposMedia, PeopleonPage and Istbar reinstalling themselves time and time again. I have now used Adaware, Spybot, Counterspy, Microsoft Antispyware, CCleaner and a whole host of other things. I have noticed you mainly ask people to post a HijackThis log, so here is mine. I ran this immediately after using Adaware and Counterspy. Any suggestions would be gratefully recieved.

Switched hidden files on.

Went to system32 folder and couldn't find the file so ran a search for it and found this: NEW_PS.EXE-3B494A20.pf in windows/prefetch

Don't run this yet

==Download and then Install
Ewido Security Suite
When you run ewido for the first time, you may get a warning "Database could not be found!". Click OK. We'll fix that with this next step
From the main ewido screen, click on Update in the left menu, then click the Start update button.
After the update finishes (the status bar at the bottom will display "Update successful")
Close out Ewido for now, we'll need it later
In the Event that Ewido can't update please download the full database from this link

Please Print this out or save these instructions to a Notepad file and save it to your Desktop
RESTART your Computer in SAFE MODE

In safe mode
==Open Windows CleanUp!>>START>>programs>>Cleanup!
Click on the CleanUp button, let it finish scanning for files, when it's done
DECLINE to Log off when scan is done.

Run FixAprop.exe by symantec's
Let me know if it finds anything

Stay in safe mode
==Open Ewido Security Suite
Click on the Scanner button on the left menu
Click on the Settings button on the right
Select "Scan Every File"
OK it and then click on the "Complete System Scan"
Please refrain from opening any other Windows as Ewido is running
*If Ewido finds something it will prompt you with "Infected Object found"
Ensure the following are Selected
  1. Perform Action = Remove
  2. Create Encrypted Backup in Quarantine (Recommended)
  3. select "Perform action with all infections"
  Then click OK

When Ewido has finished it's scan click the "Save Report" button
Save the report to desktop
Exit Ewido

Restart back to Normal mode
run another scan with Hijackthis and post a fresh log
Also post the Report from Ewidos

Open Hijackthis>>Open Misc tools section>>Open Delete a file on Reboot
In the File name field, copy and paste, don't type this in
The bold line below

Then click the OPEN button
Hijackthis should prompt you that the file will be deleted and you need to reboot your computer
Don't allow to reboot yet
Do the same for this path to the file name
