help with piece of mind

BY FAR not too good with computers, can anyone help me if its possible some way to save the passwords that are typed on my computer in a folder or file without the person (my fiancee) knowing. getting close to wedding time and not too sure about how faithful she is being. any help would be GREATLY appreciated

Hey there,
  Although HONESTY is ALWAYS the BEST POLICY in relationships - communication and openness is key here, especially in an engagement prior to marriage.....Key Stroke Loggers are what you should probably be looking for. I don't condone this in any way, shape or form, but there are a variety of ways to save/access passwords, chat logs, cookies, etc.
