please help me remove Trojan.vundo

can someone please advise me on how to remove this thing. My first post didn't get a response. I'va already tried the symantec tool and it doesn't find anything. Please help.

Before we begin any fixes, disable Spyware Doctor's realtime protection so it won't interfere with any fixes we are about to try

Also, Uninstall SpywareCleaner, it's bogus

Windows Cleanup! 4.0
Don't run this yet, we'll need it in a bit
Alternate download location if having trouble with the first link

Follow the next instructions closely
Please download [color=\"red\"]VundoFix.exe[/color][/url] to your desktop.

• Double-click VundoFix.exe to extract the files
  
• This will create a VundoFix folder on your desktop.
  
• After the files are extracted

Print this out please
In the event you don't have a Printer, Save these instructions to notepad for reference

 Reboot your computer into Safe Mode.  You can do this by restarting your computer and continually tapping the F8 key until a menu appears.  Use your up arrow key to highlight Safe Mode then hit enter.

• Once in safe mode open the VundoFix folder and doubleclick on KillVundo.bat
  
• You will first be presented with a warning and a list of forums

• At this point press Enter one time.
• Next you will see:

Click on the CleanUp button, let it finish scanning for files
DECLINE to Log off or Restart when scan is done.

and select scan "LocalDisks"

Copy the results of the ActiveScan and paste them here along with a new HijackThis log and the vundofix.txt file from the vundofix folder into this topic.

Symantec have released a new version of their Vundo remover 1.3.1, this version released i think at the beginning of this week. check it out.
