I have an Olympus stylus 300 digital camera, with an Olympus 128mb xd-Picture Card. My computer is an HP A620n model with a Smartmedia/Xd drive. After previously successful image transfers using a USB cable connected directly to my camera I wanted to try out my computer's Smartmedia/Xd drive. Ever since I put my memory card in the Smartmedia/Xd drive my camera says "Card Error!", when I tried to use it in the camera. I've tried to save files from my computer on the card to see if the card was still capable of this and was successful, but whenever the card is put back in camera I get the error. I've talked to both HP and Olympus and neither can help. Does anyone know what might have happened and if it's fixable?
