Check this out . I think the problem on my computer is that i was hacked in the past and now it thinks that I am not the administrator cause like i cant even install a new .EXE sometimes cause im not the admin and like to start all my programs i have to right click then run as. Anything sound familiar... alot of my stuff is inaccessible as well.
