Hi guys & gals,
I need help figuring out whether to upgrade or start fresh.
I was hoping I could get away with an upgrade for less $$, but I am not sure how worth it it would be[list=1]
- RAM - I know that I need much more RAM to run the software I want to (Adobe CS, Corel, Macromedia Studio MX), I often need several software pkgs open at a time, and am having issues.
- HD - I suspect the solution is to add an addtional higher capacity drive...
- Video Card - I don't play games.... so not sure if this is necessary
- USB ports - only have 2, so now I am swapping out my external DVD drive with my new USB printer-Grrrrr!
- Anything else I don't know that I need?
I downloaded a ultility called Sandra...hoping it would provide you with the info you need to help me out.
I am providing my System Summary, mainboard information, & Windows Memory Information
Sorry if it is too much information........
Thanks!
