Please can someone help with this obnoxious spyware problem. We have tried Adaware, and Spybot, but we haven't tried deleting any entries brought up by the Hijack This log.

The main symptom is that we can't sign in to our internet based email browser. Internet Explorer just times out.

Here is the Hijack This log:

Logfile of HijackThis v1.99.1

Did you actually install Ewido to this folder?
C:\hijack\ewidoctrl.exe

Can you do the following for me please

Can you go to this site
Jotti's Online Malware scan
Give this site time to load if busy

Use the browse button and navigate to this file on your hard drive
C:\windows\winlogon.exe <-this file

Right click on it  and choose Select
Then use the Submit button
Let it finish scanning
Could you post back the results of the scans back here please

Do the same thing for this file
C:\windows\smss.exe

If you can't see them on your harddrive
You may have to
Set Windows To Show Hidden Files and Folders
    * Click Start.
    * Open My Computer.
    * Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
    * Select the View Tab.
    * Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Show hidden files and folders.
    * Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
    * Uncheck the Hide Extensions for known file types
    * Click Yes to confirm.
    * Click OK.
