This one seems to be diff i tried several things it just keeps jumping from exe. program to exe. program non stop?

If you didn't pay for either RegFreeze or Spy Emergency 2005
Uninstall them now, they are not recommended tools and we don't them interfering with any fixes we try
If you decide to keep them, I need you to disable all their realtime protections so they won't interfere with any fixes
I hope you decide to remove them, we will get you other tools later that do a better job

Reboot the computer afterwards

You are running 2 anti-virus software on your computer
AVG and Avast
Decide which one you like best and uninstall the other
It will cause conflicts having more than one, and be more trouble than good
Reboot again afterwards

Back in Windows
Redownload Hijackthis from my Signature below and save it too a permanent folder on your harddrive
ONLY run hijackthis from this new location

Do the following
==Download and Install
Windows Cleanup! 4.0
Don't run it yet

=Download Killbox
From one of these loactions
http://www.downloads.subratam.org/KillBox.exe
http://www.atribune.org/downloads/KillBox.exe
and save it too your desktop or folder

Please  save these instructions to a Notepad file and save it to your Desktop for reference


Disconnect from the Internet, have only the text file open with instructions to follow:

==Open Cleanup! by double-clicking the icon on your desktop (or from the Start > All Programs menu).
Set the program up as follows:
Click "Options..."
Move the arrow down to "Custom CleanUp!"
Put a check next to the following (Make sure nothing else is checked!):

    * Empty Recycle Bins
    * Delete Cookies
    * Delete Prefetch files
    * Cleanup! All Users

Click OK
Press the CleanUp! button to start the program.
When it's done, decline to log off or restart the computer

Do a "System scan only" with Hijackthis and put a check next to these entries:

R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Page_URL = c:\secure32.html
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page = c:\secure32.html

After you have ticked the above entry, close All other open windows
Leave Hijackthis open and click FIX CHECKED
OK the prompt and exit Hijackthis

Open Killbox.exe
Copy & Paste the bold line directly below to the  "Full Path of File to Delete".

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\avpe32.dll

Make sure you select the following afterwards
 "Unregister .dll before deleting."
 "Delete on Reboot"

Click the Red circle with a white X in it
Click Yes at the Delete on Reboot prompt.
Click Yes to allow to Reboot now
or reboot manually

Back in Windows

Use Internet Explorer and Run the online Panda ActiveScan
    * Once you are on the Panda site click the Scan your PC button.
    * A new window will open...click the big Check Now button.
    * Enter your Country.
    * Enter your State/Province.
    * Enter your e-mail address.
    * Select either "Home User or Company."
    * Click the big Scan Now button.
    * Allow the ActiveX component to install and download the files required for the scan. This may take a couple of minutes.
    * Click on Local Disks to start the scan.

When the scan is complete
 click See Report, then click Save Report and save it to your Desktop.

Post back a fresh hijackthis log and the full report from Panda's
