Can you do the following
Access your add/remove programs and remove if found
SurfAccuracy

Reboot the computer
Come back back here and post a fresh hijackthis log

Do the following please
Open Hijackthis>>Open Misc tools sections>>Open "Delete file on Reboot"
In the file name field, copy and paste the following line below in bold

C:\WINDOWS\system32\requester.11.exe

Then click the OPEN button, if the file is found, hijackthis will prompt that you need to reboot your computer
DON'T reboot yet
Instead, do the same for this next path to the file

C:\WINDOWS\system32\system.req.11
Again, don't reboot yet
In hijackthis>>>Click BACK under other stuff

Do a "SCAN" with Hijackthis and put a check next to these entries:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ViewMgr] C:\Program Files\Viewpoint\Viewpoint Manager\ViewMgr.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [requester] "C:\WINDOWS\system32\requester.11.exe"


After you have ticked the above entry, close All other open windows
Including this one
Leave Hijackthis open and click FIX CHECKED
OK the prompt and exit Hijackthis

Reboot the computer
Come back here and post a fresh hijackthis log

Could you also open Hijackthis>>Open Misc tools section>>Open Uninstall manager
Click the SAVE LIST button
Save the list too desktop then copy and paste back here the whole contents please

NOTE: If at any time you are prompted by SpywareGuard about a change, ALLOW them so it won't interfere with any fixes
