Tease this guy and tell him to return the stolen items to Ion 29. This guy is a [censored]ing jackass. hes smug, and hes stupid as hell. Make him know it. Help out a fellow runescaper.

actually gangster 149 isnt the stupid one. your friend is he probably believed one of the easiest scams on runescape.(like press alt+f4 to get duped items when they are on the ground)
