Okay some of this is based on merchanting... and partly begging. If you think merchants are too lazy or greedy, then you can get out of this thread...
First way: If you have 3 high leveled friends that know how to make cash, ask each one for 50k and tell them you will pay them back. (YOU WILL PAY THEM BACK) and then start buying coal at 150gp each. Once you have 1k of it, sell for 200k, this process has a possibility of only taking 30 miutes to do. Do the same thing, and hey presto 250k repeat and you have 300k, now it's time to pay back the 3 friends you borrowed cash from. you're left with 150k. I think i don't have to explain any more, just repeat the buying and selling process! i made 500k doing this, then i moved to steel bars.
second way: if you have 500k, buy 1k steel bars (possibly works if you have 400k) and sell for 600k. repeat. then repeat. then repeat...
Third way: you could always woodcut, yews fetch a good some of money and are fast to get if you have a rune axe and 65 wc. 300-350k per 1k logs.
if you're a member you can do this:
pick 2k flax, and spin bowstrings. it will fetch you some good crafting xp, although can be very boring. sell for 600k. after you've done that you can cut some logs and start fletching. get 65 fletching, and start cutting yews again. by this time you probably will be forgetting the fact that you've hit 75 wc... cut about 2k yews, fletch them, then sell to another fletcher who has nothing but bowstrings, or you could buy bowstrings from him, and sell or alch the bows. (but i'd rather avoid a loss and make the bowstrings myself) I crafted the nature runes and started alchemising. so i didn't have to buy anything. i got about 173m by doing these things REPEATEDLY then i started merchaning party hats, but one party hat spent about a month on my head or in the bank waiting for its price to go up =[ so long.... but if you have alot of each party hat you get the money REALLY FAST, i got all god armors, p hat set obviously, full dragon even though i can't wear it, whip (can't wield it) seercull, ranger set and normal full rune just so people don't think i'm rich. oh yeah don't forget i got full studded (g) full black mystic, rune kite (h) trimmed mage armor and a d2h, and i got about 3m left.
