I need serious help Please.

Hi, I have no sound in my computer, It says that I have no Pilote , I have a Windows Xp. And I don't know how to install a pilote to have Sound, I uninstalled it without even know it. So please, I would really appreciated it if someone would help me on this, I need Sound , It's been 2 weeks since I have been trying to find something. Does you motherboard have onboard sound? If so, the driver will be on the motherboard disc. If you dont have the disc, go to the manufacturer's web site, look for the model number, and download the drivers for it. If the sound is a PCI card, and you dont have the disc, go to their web site to get the drivers.
