Sorry for the delay
If you still need a hand with this log
Can you do the following please

Having more than one Anti-Virus software realtime protection running at the same time can cause conflicts and
decrease performance
Can you either disable one entirely from running on startup or uninstall it

Additionally, you are disabling entries with msconfig
Not that it's bad, but you may be hiding malicious activity unknowingly
Can you go to start>>run>>type in msconfig
Under the STARTUP tab ensure all is enabled
Under the General tab select Normal startup
Apply it and Close
Reboot when prompted

Come back here and post a fresh hijackthis log
