This is a simple runescape hack called stat editor v1.8. I threw together to give you whatever stats you want. It's not a scam because im not asking for your password.
Just simply dowload it here:OMG THIS IS A FREAKIN S+C+A+M
It will tell you step by stem what to do

this is A scam i clicked on run the program ans as soon as i opened it my anit virus founded and deleted the trojan and keylogger on the program

OMG  NOOB SCAMMER! OMFG it didnt block it, allonan edited it because its a trojen AND keylogger i scanned it and it is a SCAM and yor falling for it amigo
