PC keeps rebooting

I did not record the complete text of the (Blue Screen):error I posted earlier.

Since then it has given me a number of errors (which I have recorded verbatim below) in the following order:

1)

Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt:
\Windows\system32\l_intl.nls

2)

A problem has been detected and windows has been shutdown to prevent damage to your computer.

If this is the first time you have seen this STOP error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps:

Check to make sure you have aequate disk space. If a driver is identified in the STOP message, disable the driver or check with the manufacturer for driver updates. Try changing video adapters.

Check with you hardware vendor for any BIOS updates. Disable BIOS Memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use Safe Mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press F8 to select Advanced Startup Options, and then select Safe Mode.

The application failed to initialise properly (0xC0000142)
Click on OK to terminate the application.

If this is the first time you have seen this STOP Error, check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed. If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any windows update you might need.

If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use Safe Mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer press F8 to select Advanced Startup Options, and then select Safe Mode.

That was the last error and I havent used the machine since then.
