Help desperately needed - windows closedown rudeness!

Hi there guys,

I have a problem with a shared PC in the house that I live in - basically when the machine (XP Home) is closed down, the normal 'Windows is closing down...' screen appears, but then for a few seconds, a picture of a woman's lady bits appears then the machine closes down! http://images.thetechguide.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/ohmy.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\'\' />   I've scanned for viruses etc. using various programs, but I've hit a blank.  Now I don't personally have a problem with the lady in question - but I do have my younger nephew and niece around, and I don't relish the idea of explaining the picture to their mother should they (inevitably) come across it  http://images.thetechguide.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':lol:\' />

I guess this is a result of some of my house mates looking at 'specialist interest' sites - which reminds me, better give the keyboard a wipe!!!

Do a "SCAN and Save a Log file"
A log will open in Notepad
Copy and paste the WHOLE contents of the log  here... Don't try and fix anything yet----It is all important

I see you have Norton's AV installed as well as AVG
Having more than one active AV running protection in the background can cause conflicts and system instabilities
I suggest that you uninstall one or the other
Keep the one your happiest with

Reboot the computer afterwards

Back in Windows
Can you do the following please
Go to either of these links
http://virusscan.jotti.org/
or
http://www.virustotal.com/flash/index_en.html

Use the browse button and navigate to the file on your harddrive if found

C:\Windows\RUNXMLPL.exe <-this file

Right click on the file and choose Select
Then use the Submit button
Let it finish scanning
Could you post back the results of the scan back here please
