hello again

my boyfriends computer is mesing up msn messenger wont sign in it says "signing into msn failed because the service is temporarily unavailable. please try again later. error code:80090305"

the version of the msn messenger we are using is 7

Check your internet,,,
try to download messenger again,,,
try with other e-mail,,,
try to download an older version of messenger and see of tht works,,,
if u still have windows messenger (the oldest version) try too see of that one works,,,
download windows live messenger 8.0,,,

i have tried all of what you suggusted, the problem is that in internet explorer the cipher strength is at 0-bit i need to get it to the normal 128-bit other then that everything is fine

msn messenger 7.0 works on win 98 i am also sure that it will work on windows ME. Also windows live messenger is for windows XP only.

I have a few ideas that might work, but any other ideas would be appreciated.

Hi jen3ca
I see you are running 2 AntiVirus software on your computer
This is never a good idea, running 2 or more active av's protections in the background can cause conflicts with each other and decrease system stability
I recommend you uninstall one and keep the one your happiest with

Post back a fresh hijackthis log afterwards
