I am not sure about the problems you are having with FIFA2K2, but the shortcut arrow issue is directly related to a Windows Critical Update (Unchecked Buffer in Windows Shell Could Lead to Code Running [Q313829]) dated March 7, 2002. This update installs version 4.721.3812.600 of shell32.dll which ignores the registry setting that TweakUI uses to customize the shortcut arrow.

Run System File Checker (Start>Run>SFC)
Select \"Extract on file from installation disk\" (have your WIN98SE CD handy if you haven\'t copied the CABs to your HD)
Have SFC search for shell32.dll
Have SFC make a backup of the newer version that was installed from the Critical Update
Have SFC replace the newer version of shell32.dll with the original version
Reboot, and you\'re all set

Os up to date with fixes etc,installed tweakui great until i used shortcut without arrow symbol nothing happen arrows still there.Then i come to play fifa2002 the game just freezers at begining had to use reset,tried uninstall and reinstall to no prevail always the same problem.Went through explorer to location of fifa2002 double click on exe the game plays every time,no problems.Tried short cut to desktop and program file etc still freezers,but still plays through explorer put settings back with tweakui still the same.Now i am stuck could someone please help?
