Need some help

Im not exactly sure wats going on here.  My computer is having serious speed issues.  I wanted some help cleaning up a little bit.  Im pretty sure that:

Please supply an uninstall list from Hijackthis
Open Hijackthis>>Open MISC TOOLS SECTION>>Open UNINSTALL MANAGER
Click the SAVE LIST... button
Save the list to your desktop then copy>>Paste back here the Whole contents

You have Macrogaming SweetIM 1.1a installed and that's why you see this entry
 O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [SweetIM] C:\Program Files\Macrogaming\SweetIM\SweetIM.exe

If you don't want or need it installed
enter your TaskManager and end process on the following
SweetIM.exe
Then access your add/remove programs and remove
Macrogaming SweetIM 1.1a

While in add/remove programs remove the following
J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 4

If you didn't intentionally install the next one, remove it also
Viewpoint Media Player

Your version of SpywareBlaster is out of date
Can you download the latest installer from here and save too desktop
http://www.download.com/SpywareBlaster/300...&tag=button

Don't install it yet, Instead
Can you open your version of SpywareBlaster and under Protection click the
'Disable All protections'
Close SpywareBlaster

Now go back into add/remove programs and remove
SpywareBlaster v3.4

Do a "System scan only" with Hijackthis and put a check next to these entries:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [BullsEye Network] C:\Program Files\BullsEye Network\bin\bargains.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [SweetIM] C:\Program Files\Macrogaming\SweetIM\SweetIM.exe


After you have ticked the above entries, close All other open windows
Including this one
Leave Hijackthis open and click FIX CHECKED
OK the prompt and exit Hijackthis

Reboot your computer afterwards

Back in Windows
Install the latest version of Spywareblaster from the installer you saved on your desktop
After it is installed
Click the UPDATE button, check for updates
After updating click the 'Enable protection on all unprotected items'
Do that after every update, check for updates every couple of weeks!

Find and delete this folder if found
C:\Program Files\BullsEye Network <-this folder

I see you use Panda spyXposer
I haven't used it yet, but I always run Ad-Aware SE Personal 1.06 and Spybot 1.4
Would you like links to both of them
They don't run in the background, they're spyware scanners

Yes I would like the link to those.  Here's a fresh HJT log.  I didn't find the file C://Program Files/Bullseye network but i did find C://Program Files/Macrogaming (from the sweetIm) and I deleted that.  Also, I didn't find O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [SweetIM] C:\Program Files\Macrogaming\SweetIM\SweetIM.exe in my HJT scan when I went to fix it.  The Panda spy exposer im not too sure how it works, so i haven't really messed around with it since my friend installed it.  Everything else I did.

SpyXposer is Panda's free online spyware scanner
No harm keeping it installed or you can remove it from add/remove if not wanted

These next 2 programs are yours for free
Install them on your computer and hold onto them

Download and Install
Ad-Aware SE Personal 1.06

Open Ad-Aware, ensure to click the  check for updates now link and Connect to download the latest updates
Click START
Then  NEXT
When it's finished scanning
At this point you should either right click on the screen and and choose the "Select All" Objects option or individually put a checkmark in each objects checkbox
click on the Next button. Ad-Aware SE will now present you with a confirmation box as to whether or not you would like to remove the objects you have just selected. Press the "OK" button

RESTART your computer to finish the cleaning process

Download and Install Spybot 1.4 from
HERE

After installation--Click the UPDATE button on the left
SEARCH FOR UPDATES on the right
Check, and then download all updates
After update is complete
Click the "Search & Destroy" button on the left
"Check for Problems"---When the Scan is complete
FIX all selected promblems in RED

RESTART the computer to finish any cleaning process and to clear memory

Back in Windows
Let me know if either program found anything and how things are running

both programs came up with a little bit, not too much....Although I thank you a lot for both programs.  Everythings running a lot better.

Hold onto both of those programs as well as SpywareBlaster
Be sure to check for updates regularly

Run scans with Ad-aware and Spybot on a regular basis
In addition, use the Immunization feature in Spybot as well
Click Immunize>>OK>>Immunize at the top green cross
Do that after every update
