How to: \"Press any key to boot from CD\"

I am trying to create a bootable CD that will first come up with \"Press any key to boot from CD\" just like the Windows 2000 CD.  I can create the bootable CD fine but I don\'t know how to ask for that line first.  Does anyone know how to create this?  Thanks.
