I have a problem with my 694C Deskjet computer.  It is installed correctly and is set as the default printer.  When I try to print something, it prints out letters, numbers, symbols such as a heart, spade, diamond, a little smiling face, etc., in other words \"garbage\".  I tried a different printer cable and also uninstalled and re-installed the printer but I get the same thing.  The paper also keeps feeding out even if I only try to print one word.  Any help would be appreciated.

Look in the bios what\'s the address of the printerport , and look if the
address of your operating system device manager printerport is the same .
There\'s a lot of things to check .
You can try your printer  on another computer ,and you also can try another printer on your pc .
