First for the viewing of the desktop without them knowing you are doing it, the first thing that I would do is wait for that person to go to lunch and run over to their cubicle and grab myself an eyefull, because more than likely that user hasn\'t bothered to log out, like most people who use computers at work.
Second, for the sharing of unshared files. Repeat step one. Find the folders that you want to share and have a go at it.
