I made a customized Windows XP Pro install Disc with nLite.
Removed IE, Outlook, unnecessary components and services, integrated SP2 and post SP2 hotfixes, increased TCP half open connections to 16 million, disabled windows file protection, and much more...
I got the installation disc down to 283 megabytes.
Now windows is almost twice as fast as before(with all that junk out of the way.)
