-have the runescape screen up with your characters stats
-press the Prt Scr  Sys Rq key near the top right of your keyboard
-go to MS paint and paste it there (ctrl + v)
-go to imageshack-dot-US or photobucket-dot-com and upload the picture
-find the correct code for the forum and put the URL/Picture here
