Adware/Spyware & computer performance

Help! After visiting porn sites (yes, I'm a woman who looks at porn!), my computer has been infected with something... the performance is very slow, and I periodically hear that weird whistle like sound when a pop up appears (only I can't see anything), and I also hear that bell sound that happens when I plug in/remove a USB device- only I'm not plugging in or removing anything. So I know something is happening behind the scenes.

I tried running Spybot 1.4 several times. Each time I run it, it says it finds problems and fixes them. But then when I do another scan, the same problems are still there. This includes adrevolver, avenue a, blluestreak, doubleclick, fastclick, etc...

I don't know if this is required or not, but I read the sticky re hijackthis logs, so I thought I would post one just in case:

Can you do the following please, I just want a double check on a file

Download [color=\"red\"]SmitfraudFix[/color][/url] (by S!Ri)
Extract the contents (a folder named SmitfraudFix) to your Desktop.

Open the SmitfraudFix folder and double-click smitfraudfix.cmd
Select option #1 - Search by typing 1 and press "Enter"; a text file will appear, which lists infected files (if present).
Please copy/paste the content of that report into your next reply.

I can't find nothing on that file, but can you do the following for me please
download the Suspicious File Packer from here:
http://www.safer-networking.org/files/sfp.zip
Unzip it to the desktop and run it.

Paste the following into the Suspicious File Packer window:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\logapzip.dll

Click Continue
Allow SFP to pack the files.  This will generate a CAB archive on your desktop.  Please email the file to

Use the subject line:
SFP file

and download the "Registry Search Tool"

Unzip RegSrch.zip to the desktop

Double click on RegSrch.vbs

If you get a warning from your Anti Virus please ignore it and allow this to run.

When it starts, you will be prompted to enter a search phrase.

Enter this:

Click OK, it will disappear and won't look as if it's doing anything. When it's done searching, a prompt will come up saying how many instances it found. Click OK, and a notepad will open up. Please copy the contents of that notepad and paste it here.

Good morning, unfortuneately the operation wasn't successful with SFP
If successful the cab file should contain 2 folders within
I only received one , and it doesn't include the file
Is the file still found on your harddrive?
C:\WINDOWS\system32\logapzip.dll

This could be the reason if the file is no longer found, or it may be in use and not allowed operation

If it is still found
Do you think you can try one more time, but this time in safe mode
Reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following :

• Restart your computer
• After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, tap the F8 key continually;
• Instead of Windows loading as normal, the Advanced Options Menu should appear;
• Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode, then press Enter.
  
• Choose your usual account.

Run SFP.exe again, copy>>paste this to the first window, then click Continue
C:\WINDOWS\system32\logapzip.dll

Then reboot back to Normal windows and resend
