a little problem

Ok i use Rich text editor. I am not sure it happens on the standard one but when i try to pick a different color everytime i click the arrow down button the colors shift to the left. Eventually just showing the last row really stretched. This happens in firefox the most but not as bad in internet explorer. I don't know if this happens to every one but it happens to me. Anyone else have this problem?

I usually use the Blue skin, and everything is normal
On the Techguide skin, if I select a color,
I do see all selectable colors, I THINK
but I don't see all the boxes on the far left of the screen
Using Firefox also

I didn't see all the colors on the far left on the last test?

I noticed it does it with standard editor but i aint sure about the different skins
