When he got into power there were several people who had helped him make the country what it was, and they shared mutual trust. Slowly though things began to change, one by one Stalin got rid of his once good friends, in a fit of paranoia and fear. Eventually, the people who helped found the country were gone, Stalin had replaced them all with a new generation, ones who were not free thinkers as they were in the past, but mindless drones who would follow him because he told them to...
