I would like to add to your paypal section:

If the person paid through paypal funds not credit card or bank and open/close dispute there is no way they can get it back, but the problem is when you recive money you can see if its credit card or not, so what you should have to do is, request the person sending the money to take a screen shot of the confirm screen, on that screen it will say if the payment if paypal funds, bank or credit card.
If someone sends you a credit card payment that you didnt know of or request, DO NOT give refund. If you give refund they can still chargeback making u lose what they send and another charge for example. They send 100, your give refund and they can get another 100 if the chargeback. So DO NOT give refunds!
