There's not really a best, just user opinions
Before you install a new AV ensure to uninstall your old one completely
What AV are you using presently?

Are you going to purchase a new AV or do you require a free solution?

Currently I'm using some free AV's
All on different computers mind you

Would you like to try a free one and see what you think about it?
I have one I'm very happy about lately
It powered by Kaspersky's, which has a good reputation

What version of Nortons do you have presently installed

If you want a paid version, many are happy with NOD32
I don't use it but hear good things about it
Again, it's only opinions

Got no idea what you mean by that, but it is user choice
I'll lock this topic
