Massive Scam.  The video is obviously of two differnet characters, spliced together.  I also love the part where they say they can get u to lvl 99 in all stats, and also 99 cb.  I would assume 99 stats = 126 cb, but w/e.  I also like the part where they say they can give u 150m, which is "a $200 dollar value, free!"
