i need my f2p guy trained from 52-str to 60 str, but i will not have recovs on it cuz i might want to sell him later. Wondering how much it would cost if i supplied everything?

I can do that for like 400k (about 2gp/exp) all you need is lobbies or other food, a rune scim, and str ammy, maybe some full iron or whatever
