I need help with a virus/something

Ive been having problems with my computer. and these problems started ever since ive had mcafee tell me this.
Everytime I start my computer, mcafee alerts me that it has quarantined a virus by the name "New Malware.b" in the svchost.exe or something like that.
Can someone please help me out with this?
When I did a scan on the comp it gave me the same thing, but it could only quaranty it of course because its an important windows file, and appearently its not quaranting it well cuz it says it every time I log it. Please help

Okay so I did a small search on google "New malware.b on Svchost.exe"
It came up with a mcafee page telling me that the name of the worm was
W32/Torvil.b@MM
Described as to be a worm that was detected as New malware.b
which of course tells me i probably have it. Anyone have an idea on how I can get rid of it.
If no one replies Ill just have to go to plan b and wipe my comp

Download [color=\"red\"]SDFix[/color] and save it to your Desktop.
Double click SDFix.exe and it will extract the files to %systemdrive%
(Drive that contains the Windows Directory, typically C:\SDFix)
Don't do nothing with it yet

then reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following :

• Restart your computer
• After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, tap the F8 key continually;
• Instead of Windows loading as normal, the Advanced Options Menu should appear;
• Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode, then press Enter.
  
• Choose your usual account.

SDFix

• Open the extracted SDFix folder and double click RunThis.bat to start the script.
  
• Type Y to begin the cleanup process.
  
• It will remove any Trojan Services and Registry Entries that it finds then prompt you to press any key to Reboot.
• Press any Key and it will restart the PC.
• When the PC restarts the Fixtool will run again and complete the removal process then display Finished, press any key to end the script and load your desktop icons.
  
• Once the desktop icons load the SDFix report will open on screen and also save into the SDFix folder as Report.txt
  

I'll need to see that log later, but for now

Download this file - Combofix.exe and save it ONLY to your desktop
Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
When finished, it shall produce a log for you.
Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall


I need you to post back here all the following, even if it takes more than one reply to do so

1. Post the log from Combofix
2. Post a fresh HijackThis log
3. Post the report from SDFix in the >>> C:\SDFix folder

NOTE: It will probably take more than one reply to post all the above logs, please do so if needed
